Margaret Pearman was born in Ipswich and studied voice and piano at Trinity College of Music and Guildhall School of Music & Drama. She studied singing with Elizabeth Hawes, Eduardo Asquez, and more recently Jennifer Hillman. Immediately after graduation Margaret joined the Royal Opera, Covent Garden where she sang for five years. During this time she also appeared at La Scala, Milan. She then accepted a principal contract with the Israeli National Opera where she performed the roles of Tatyana (Eugene Onegin), Cio-Cio-San (Madama Butterfly), Lisa (Land of Smiles) and Violetta (La Traviata). Since returning from Israel she has performed the roles of Abigail (Nabucco), Cio-Cio-San (Madama Butterfly), Mimi (La Bohéme), Aida (Aida), Amelia (Un Ballo in Maschera), Tosca (Tosca), Leonora (Il Trovatore), Fiordiligi (Cosi fan tutte), Margherita in Boito's Mefistofele, Renata Glissando in Mozart's comic opera, The Impresario, and the title role in Donizetti's Anna Bolena.

In addition to the Israeli National Opera, she has toured with Regency Opera and London Opera Players and has appeared at Holland Park in London with Opera Lirica and with Regency Opera. She also appeared in Wales with Bury Port Opera; with Neath Opera she has performed Madama Butterfly in Pakistan, Switzerland, and Ireland.

Margaret has also has been the soprano soloist in the Verdi Requiem, Handel's Messiah, and Poulenc's Gloria, and numerous recitals and concerts including An Evening of Verdi with Regency Opera. Margaret is very aware of the importance of music to people in care homes and has worked with the Douglas Project bringing a variety of music to them.

David Coussell has been a professional musician for 50 years. He was born in London and studied at the Guildhall School of Music. He works as an opera conductor and director, accompanist, singer and chorus Master. Besides Britain, he has appeared in Europe, South Africa, Oman and the U.S.A.

Margaret Pearman was born in Ipswich and studied at Trinity College of Music and the Guildhall School of Music. She then accepted a contract with Covent Garden Chorus for six seasons. Since then she has performed many operatic roles and appeared in recitals and concerts in the U.K., Israel, Pakistan, Switzerland, The Emirates and the U.S.A.

David Coussell has been a professional musician for 50 years. He was born in London and studied at the Guildhall School of Music. He works as an opera conductor and director, accompanist, singer and Chorus Master. Besides Britain, he has appeared in Europe, South Africa, Oman and the U.S.A.
