St Bride's: News

Fleet Street Carols at 12 & 5pm

advent st brides.jpgWhen printers, publishers, newspaper groups and news agencies were all based in this parish, Fleet Street Carols was the occasion for them all to gather in their parish church to celebrate Christmas together. Today the newspaper offices have scattered across London and the printing firms have all gone, but a new group of firms and businesses have moved into the parish.

During this time, Fleet Street Carols has taken place every year, a chance for young and old to reconnect with St Bride's and get into the festive spirit a few days before the Christmas festival begins. Whatever part of this diverse constituency you belong to we are delighted to welcome you back to St Bride's and to this traditional celebration of Christmas featuring our wonderful professional choir, our Brass quartet and fine organ. Fleet Street Carols is the very best way to get into the Christmas spirit and to prepare for this holy season. O Come All Ye Faithful...

"Fleet Street Carols" takes place on Friday 19th December at 12 noon and 5pm.

Free entry. Retiring Collection. Lunchtime service is very busy...
