St Bride's: News

Christmas Day Family Eucharist

"When in the coldness and deadness of winter storms from the east with their bluster begin, we sing of that morning, mysterious morning, when Jesus was born in the barn of an inn." - Alan Dale

st brides xmas.pngThere is always a feeling of excitement in the air on Christmas morning. Stockings have been mysteriously filled, found, and opened. The table is laid for Christmas Luncheon.

But something is missing unless we take time to remember the gift behind all our gift giving, the birth of a baby in Bethlehem two thousand years ago. Immanuel, God with us. That birth gives our celebrations spiritual depth and meaning.

Joy to the world, the Lord has come.

Join us at 11am in St Bride's on Christmas morning to celebrate that wonderful gift to the world.
