New move for former Rector's widow - January 9, 2007

Mrs Doris Morgan, widow of the late Prebendary Dewi Morgan, one of the best-loved priests of his generation and one-time Rector of St Bride's, has moved into sheltered housing at Abbeyfield House, 89 Stradella Road, London, SE24 9HL. Now 92 years old, Doris is able to receive personal callers from time to time but she can only cope with short visits.

The move, of course, means that Doris has embarked on a new phase of her life, and the current Rector, Canon David Meara, has asked parishioners to remember her in their prayers.
