Attend in Person or Online

In line with the easing of restrictions, we are delighted that our weekly services of Choral Eucharist and Choral Evensong have resumed live in church each Sunday at 11am and 5:30pm respectively.

We are continuing to stream services online both for those in our regular congregation who cannot attend in person and for our growing online community across the world.

Services are streamed as live on Facebook and YouTube. They are released concurrently to be listened to at any time on this website in Listen Online, on SoundCloud & as the "St Bride's Church" podcast.

St Bride's, Fleet Street is a warm and welcoming Christian community, and one of the most famous and most fascinating historic churches in Central London.

St Bride's is known worldwide as the Journalists' Church, offering a spiritual home to all who work in the media. However, our ministry extends to everyone who lives and works within our parish, and to the thousands of visitors who come to us every year. Our beautiful Wren church provides a place of peace and a spiritual haven in the heart of the city for all who come. With one of the best professional choirs in the country, we are also well known for the outstanding quality of our music and of the worship we offer.

A place of Christian worship for 1500 years, we continue to proclaim the love of God here. Whether journalist, tourist, City resident or worker, you will always be made welcome.

'Always treat others as you would like them to treat you.' (Matthew 7: 12)

Jesus says that all of the law can be summed up in this one simple instruction: 'treat others as you would like to be treated.' We are to respect the dignity and humanity of others at all times. We are to love as much as we would like to be loved. Do we always treat others with respect? Do we respond to someone else's need? Do we put ourselves in other people's shoes and ask ourselves if we are found wanting?

Lord God, help us to listen to others and to value them. Give us strength not to turn away from those who seek our help. May we not be so busy or distracted that we fail to give others the consideration they deserve. Amen.
