Shaping the Future

question.jpgA five-point questionnaire was launched in St Bride's yesterday (June 13) to enable members of the congregation, and beyond, a chance to have their say over the future of the great Wren church, particularly in five years' time.

Announcing the project, the Rector, Canon David Meara, said that now the Re-endowment Appeal was nearing its highly-successful conclusion, it was the right moment to take stock and look ahead to the future. He said he was very keen to involve as many people as possible in the exercise.

The responses would help the Parochial Church Council (PCC) to put together a strategy for the next five years. The deadline for the responses is June 30. A copy of the questionnaire is available from the church office, or you can download and print out a printable version or you can complete the on-line version below.

1. What are the most important things we do?

2. What are our weaknesses?

3. How can we address them?

4. What new opportunities are there for extending our work?

5. Where do you see this church in five years' time?

6. Are there any other comments you would like to make?
