The Artists

The Camerata Choir of City of London School & City of London School for Girls is the highest-level choral ensemble across the City Schools Group. The choir was established in the summer of 2024, with their first performance at St Giles Cripplegate, in the ‘Summer Music in City Churches’ festival. In October 2024, they toured abroad to sing Duruflé’s Requiem at the American Cathedral in Paris, alongside the professional French vocal group Vox 21. Later this year, the Camerata Choir returns to France to perform music by Jean Langlais in Lille. The choir is directed by Richard Quesnel, and made up of pupils aged 14-18.
