Choral Evensong is a beautiful, prayerful and reflective service for the early evening. Our 5:30 pm service each Sunday is a traditional language Book of Common Prayer Evensong, featuring our renowned professional choir.
Uniquely, on the second and fourth Sundays of each month, we have a Sermon in Music in place of the normal address. This gives the choir the opportunity to sing an extended anthem, or sequence of anthems, on a theme relevant to the liturgical season.
On Sunday evenings in December we hold special seasonal services and events in place of Evensong.
The service lasts around 60 minutes.
