The Artist

Organist, harpsichordist, pianist and conductor, Giorgio Revelli is titular organist and director of music at Saint Maurice Cathedral, Imperia, Italy. Since 2024 he has been professor of organ at the Conservatory of Music of the Alpes-Maritimes in Nice, France.

Mr Revelli graduated in organ and harpsichord at the National Conservatory of Nice (France), and holds the DE, State Diploma of Music Professor, with specialization in organ in Toulouse (France). He attended masterclasses at prestigious French academies with Michel Chapuis, MarieClaire Alain, Bernard Lagacé, Mireille Lagacé, Jean Boyer, Harald Vogel and he was pupil of Jean Pierre Leguay for the art of improvisation.

Mr Revelli has been regularly invited to international music festivals in Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain and Lithuania), in South America (Argentina, Uruguay), Canada and the United States, and he regularly collaborates with the Italian Ministry of Culture through the Italian Institutes of Culture overseas.

Since 2012 he has been a member of the jury at the international improvisation competition of the Abbey of St Colomban of Luxeuil in France, directed by Professor Pierre Pincemaille. Since 2016 he has been actively collaborating with the Orchestra of the Genova Theater ‘Carlo Felice’, Orchestra da Camera Fiorentina (Florence) and the Sanremo Symphony Orchestra (Italy). Since 2019 Revelli has collaborated with the Brass quartet of West Texas University (WTAMU).

Since 2010, Giorgio Revelli has been recording his CDs with CLASSIC CONCERT of Salzburg, Austria, and with the Italo-German CENTAURUS MUSIC in Italy.
