The Artist

At the age of five, Singaporean pianist Jun-Hwei Lim embarked on a musical journey under the guidance of his father, Kee-Poh Lim, a distinguished graduate of the Aaron Copland School of Music, New-York, and a protégé of eminent pianists including Gerald Robbins & Morey Ritt.

Currently, at 25, Jun-Hwei is honing his craft at Trinity Laban Conservatoire under the mentorship of Pascal Rogé & Deniz Arman Gelenbe. He has had the privilege of studying with acclaimed pianists, including Jean-Efflam Bavouzet, Niklas Pokki and Dr Enrico Elisi.

Jun-Hwei is a finalist in the 2024 ‘Alfred Kitchin’ Schubert competition and has given concerts at Bechstein Hall, Penshurst Church, Waltham Abbey Church and St Pancras Euston.
