Patronal: Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers

Members of the Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers journey to St Bride’s for their annual service of Thanksgiving, Remembrance and Rededication.

The service takes place on the first Wednesday after the feast of St Michael and All Angels, in accordance with their 1692 Royal Charter.

The Annual Service brings together Spectacle Makers of all faiths and none.

The service includes time to remember Freemen and Liverymen who have died in the past year and give thanks for their community and fellowship. This is followed by the Declarations and Installation of the new Master and Wardens.
