We are delighted to host an event in this year’s Fleet Street Quarter Festival of WordsThe age of wisdom and foolishness.

The Festival presents a five day programme of insightful and thought-provoking conversations from authors, journalists and thinkers across multiple genres.

As the Journalists’ Church we are hosting a one hour discussion on Political Journalism in an Unstable World which brings together political editors from leading news media titles.

The discussion will look at the challenges and opportunities in political reporting today, the role of trusted news in combating misinformation and disinformation, as well as reflecting on the UK local elections and the forthcoming US mid-terms.

Speakers

Caroline Wheeler, political editor for The Sunday Times
Jason Groves, political editor for The Daily Mail
Jack Elsom, political editor for The Sun
