Georgios Vardakis has been mentioned as one of the most dynamic piano teachers currently active in the UK by the EPTA Piano Professional magazine. He completed his Master's degree and Postgraduate diploma in piano performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, under the guidance of the pianist Martino Tirimo. During his studies there, he was awarded the Trinity College and Stavros Niarchos scholarships. He also holds a Master's and an Undergraduate degree in Musicology from the University of Athens and he is a qualified teacher (QTS).

Georgios started playing piano at the age of 12 in his hometown, Athens, where he received his piano diploma with first prize. He has studied composition, focusing on the Renaissance and Baroque idiom, which was the foundation of his improvisation skills.

He has received many positive comments for his performing skills by pianists such us Peter Tuite who described him as a very talented young man who has a lot to say with his music, and Gabrielle Baldocci who referred to him as a very good pianist with natural approach to music. Georgios currently teaches in London and performs around Europe with the guidance of Dr Murray McLachlan.
